I’m sorry folks, but the weather is not cooperating for tonight’s star party at Ransom Canyon. The forecast is for at least 75% cloud cover, and we can’t see through the clouds, so we’re canceling tonight’s star party. I hope to see you at December’s First Friday Art Trail!
The cloud bank over Lubbock isn’t forecast to move until dawn, so we’re out of luck.The line of cloud cover is bad news – We start with complete overcast (white circles) and only get to 75% overcast during the star party, so we’ve got no chance to show you the stars.
