It’s a busy weekend for the club. Tonight, Friday Oct 6, we’ll be out at First Friday Art Trail with information on the solar eclipses crossing Texas on October 14, 2023 and April 8, 2024. We’ll show you the eclipse paths, how to safely view the Sun, and even offer inexpensive solar glasses for sale.
Saturday, the club will be out at Ransom Canyon in the Meadow at 7:45 pm to show you the stars through our telescopes. We’ll also be glad to answer your questions about the eclipses and we’ll have eclipse glasses on hand for sale.
